This was the Initial concept idea that started it all. The project called for a modern office building to be mixed with the City’s existing traditional architecture.
In 3 months, our design and construction teams were able to turn a conceptual sketch into a client approved, 100% complete set of construction documents – ready for permit submission.
In five months time, we went from concept idea to acquiring all government approvals. At the same time, demolition took 12 weeks to remove and dispose of an existing six story building.
Our team navigated the review process with the City to help issue progress permits to allow for the City to continue to review the plans but also allow construction to start during that full building review process.

The entire structure was completed in 13 weeks. In less than 9 months time, from start of foundation, we were able to start the interior improvements in a 100% dry and permanent power fed building.
The 11th floor of the building was the first occupancy. This floor was the future home to the executives of National Penn Bank. It took less than 11 months from installation of foundations to achieve this goal. We were also 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
